My Fifth Sense

I see........

the hussle of people awaiting their tickets,

the rows of seats so perfectly alined,

the quick motion of the actors,

consumption of pounds of pop corn,

couples kissing in the darkness......

I smell........

the sweet sent of evening flowers,

the cleanlyness of water,

burger patties being cooked and burned,

new shoes being put on display,
the evening barely begining

 I hear........

the joy in childrens hearts,

the old man and woman saying I Love You,

the ringing of the trolly,

the chiming of cash registers,

the tearing of my movie ticket

I taste........

a CJ's burger in my mouthe,

the flavor of my bf's chap stick,

the new experience of  a little more freedom,

the knowledge of a new book,

the hint of romance in the air

I touch........

a small puppy learning to walk,

the new growing grass at the park,

the warmth of an open fire,

the holding rail in the waiting line,

the heart of my beloved
